This project, organized in collaboration with the Latin American Women's Initiative Neukölln e.V. (LAFI) and financed by the Landeszentrale für Politische Bildung Berlin, opened a process of political training in Germany, specifically in Berlin, taking as a reference the activism and solidarity militancy in the Global South and, specifically, in Latin America, as well as Spanish-speaking immigrant activism in Spain and Germany.
With this project we wanted to explore the spaces of confluence between solidarity activisms. How can we dialogue and unlearn in a more horizontal way? What can we learn in the Global North from the Global South?
This project proposes to open global learning spaces that allow us to overcome national or regional particularities, cultural specificities and political idiosyncrasies by creating training modules to collectively learn the techniques of solidarity activism from the colleagues of Territorio Doméstico and La Laboratoria (Madrid) as well as from the Civic Strike Committee of Buenaventura (Colombia).
